Cancellation and rescheduling costs can depend on the vehicle, service, season, notice period, permits and commitments already made. The applicable policy should be included in each written quotation.

Recommended production rules

• State the refundable and non-refundable amounts.
• Define cut-off times in local time.
• Explain date-change and vehicle-change treatment.
• Cover customer-caused delays and no-shows.
• Explain provider cancellation or substitution.
