General terms that must be reviewed and approved for the final Nitu Travels commercial process.
Quotation and booking
Website information is general. A journey is confirmed only after the customer accepts a written quotation, the required payment or deposit is received, and Nitu Travels confirms the booking.
Vehicles and specifications
Images illustrate fleet categories. The assigned vehicle, seating, luggage capacity and amenities must be confirmed in writing. Substitution terms should be stated in the quotation.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate passenger, pickup, destination, date, timing and itinerary information and comply with lawful vehicle capacity and conduct requirements.
Variable charges
Tolls, parking, permits, state taxes, waiting, overtime, route changes, extra kilometres and driver allowances are handled according to the written quotation.
AI itinerary planner: testing and third-party information
The AI itinerary planner is a locally hosted, deterministic testing/beta tool. Nitu Travels does not endorse any third-party restaurant, food outlet, shop, market, souvenir seller, attraction, product, service or information shown in a generated plan.
Food, shopping, attraction and destination details may be compiled from publicly available internet sources. They may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unavailable, differently priced or unsuitable for a particular user or group. Users must verify all details directly with official authorities and the relevant business before travel, booking, purchase or payment.
By using the planner, the user acknowledges that errors can occur and accepts responsibility for independent verification. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nitu Travels and the platform operator are not liable for misuse, misinterpretation, loss, injury, purchase decisions, travel decisions or other consequences arising from reliance on generated information.
